Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add coffee to the filter and gently shake the brewer to level the coffee bed.
3 Start the timer as you begin pouring. Pour 50g of water in a gentle circular motion for the bloom and allow it to sit until 00:30.
4 At 00:30, continue pouring in a steady circular motion up to 150g total. At 01:10, give the brewer a gentle swirl and wait until 01:30. At 01:30, pour again in a steady circular motion up to 250g total.
5 At 02:00, give the brewer another gentle swirl and let the coffee draw down completely, aiming to finish between 02:35 and 02:40.
