Recipe:
1 Place one paper filter in the filter cap, add coffee, and place a second paper filter on top of the coffee bed.
2 Pour 20 g room-temperature water over the grounds and let them bloom for 30 seconds.
3 Pour 80 g water at 80Β°C and let it brew until the total brew time reaches 1:00.
4 At 1:00, plunge gently and enjoy an 80 g cup of juicy, sweet, full-bodied coffee.
