ASM - Modern Trade - (West)
Responsibilities
- Sales Plan Delivery: Deliver Volume, Value Business against target for the all the stores by area.
- Customer Management : Ensure the TOT parameters with Chains are executed 100% to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, driving multiple visibility space, Achieving the monthly Target, and timely payments.
- Review of business with Chain’s regional team on driving the category with their support every Month.
- Budget Management & Hygiene : Regularly have financial review with the Accounts partners to ensure that the receivables are in check and does not cross 90 days in ageing.
- People Management :Define route plans of the BD/merchandising team to optimize coverage cost effectively and ensure adequate productivity.
- Coach and develop field sales team on their roles and responsibilities and drive best possible results from them.
- Regular tracking and quantifying impact of the field sales team
- Market Execution & Sales Operations o Deliver Visibility execution in Modern Trade stores which needs to be driven with HO customer team and region team in collaboration with the KAM.
- Responsible for reduction in consumer un-saleable by limiting it to less than 10%.
- Ensure matching of physical and system stocks for accurate store synopsis. Ensure 80% OTIF (On time in fulfilment) for the purchase orders. o Execution of monthly promotion with creativity at each store on alignment with the ASM/ Region head.
- Distributor Management: Ensure monitoring distributor ROI, track SKU wise margins, DMS (Distribution Management System) adherence, scheme spend distributor to market outlets and market working and credit tracks.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in this field (FMCG background preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with a good network in retail.
- Should be handling Sales Executive or Sales ops role.
- Should be open for travelling.
- Good networking skills.
- Good team management skills
