Join us for The Coffee Table at Origins with Paul, an immersive coffee experience at the newly opened Blue Tokai Origins, Janpath.
Led by Paul from the Indian Coffee Community, this interactive session brings together coffee lovers to explore the journey of Indian coffee from bean to cup through the lens of craft, community and culture.
Participants will discover what makes Origins different from a typical café, learn how brewing methods shape flavour, and taste coffee prepared using different brewing equipments to introduce to the fundamentals of specialty coffee tasting, focusing on aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, acidity, and aftertaste.
The session also includes a fun team brewing challenge, where participants will create their own brew and compete for the best cup, with the winning team taking home exclusive Blue Tokai merchandise.
Designed especially for the Origins Janpath, this is a one-time, intimate coffee experience for those looking to deepen their understanding of specialty coffee.
