What happens when a producer lets the farm's own microbiome guide fermentation? 

The answer lies in the debut lot from our Producer Series '26, crafted by Pranoy Thipaiah of Kerehaklu Estate. 

Rather than relying on commercial cultures, Pranoy and his team used coffee blossoms collected during an unseasonal flowering to cultivate a starter culture. By harnessing microbial life already adapted to the estate's climate, soil, trees, and coffee, they guided an anoxic fermentation. In this exclusive launch, you get to experience the result before anyone else, in the company of the producer.
