How does Mosto from a previous Gesha fermentation transform another coffee?  

Prakashan from Riverdale Estate explores that idea with our upcoming Producer Series lot. And in this exclusive launch, you'll get to experience it before anyone else, in the company of the producer.  

While processing a Gesha, Prakashan and his team collected Mosto, a microbe-rich liquid released as coffee cherries ferment. Then, they used it as a starter culture to bring our third Producer Series lot to life, guiding SLN 9 cherries through a 72-hour fermentation. With layers ranging from pink pomelo to chamomile, the result is a coffee with remarkable complexity and character.  

Whether you’re a barista, brewer, roaster, or coffee enthusiast, this evening offers insight on some of India’s highest-scoring experimental coffees.
