Coffee Omakase at Hyderabad Origins

Join us for a Coffee Omakase at the newly launched Blue Tokai Origins in Hyderabad, hosted by Suhas and Paul - two of the minds shaping how we experience coffee beyond the cup. 

A Coffee Omakase is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of “trusting the chef.” In this experience, you leave the choices to the hosts as they guide you through a thoughtfully curated progression of coffee beverages. Each drink is crafted live, using fresh ingredients, unique techniques, and playful ideas that showcase coffee in ways you may not have experienced before. Expect flavours that are fun, surprising, and deeply intentional. 

Suhas brings with him years of experience working closely with coffees at origin, experimentation with brewing styles, and a passion for pushing boundaries while staying rooted in quality. Alongside Paul, he will take you through a series of drinks that blend storytelling, craft, and creativity sharing insights into why each cup tastes the way it does and what inspired it.
