What to Expect
Join us for a special workshop that brings together the worlds of specialty coffee and craft chocolate. In this guided session, you’ll explore five curated coffee and chocolate pairings, each highlighting unique flavors, textures, and aromas.
You’ll taste coffees from diverse Indian estates, representing a range of processing methods and brewing techniques, including the V60, French Press, AeroPress, Espresso, and Cold Brew. These brews will be paired with Darkins’ artisan chocolates, ranging from single origin dark to spiced, nutty, and fruity profiles.
Throughout the session, our team will guide you through the tasting, share insights on what makes a good pairing, and help you discover your own preferences using a specially designed Coffee & Chocolate Flavour Wheel, included as part of the experience.
Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, chocolate lover, or just curious to learn something new, this workshop is designed to engage your palate and deepen your appreciation for thoughtful pairings.
