Brew Battle - Seetharampalya Launch Event

Step into the ultimate coffee showdown! The Brew Battle at our Seetharampalya Roastery Launch pits coffee enthusiasts, from home brewers to professional baristas, against each other in a high-speed, creativity-packed challenge. Armed with only pantry ingredients and brewing gear, contestants have to brew a beverage and impress our panel of coffee producers. One drink, one chance, one winner. Will you be crowned the Brew Battle champion? 

How It Works

• Ingredient Grab (5 mins): Step into the Brew Pantry and pick from milk, spices, herbs, fruit purees, chocolates, citrus, and more.
• Beverage Creation (15 mins): Using your own or borrowed brewing gear, craft a unique coffee-based drink (hot or cold, classic or experimental). Creativity, balance, and taste are key.
• Tasting & Judging (20 mins): Present your drink and concept to the producer panel in under 1 minute. Judges will score you on:

  • Balance of Flavors 
    
  • Coffee Expression
  • Presentation

The winner will be crowned on the spot. 

Ground Rules 

• Only pantry ingredients allowed
• No help once the timer starts
• Standard brewing gear available
• Maintain hygiene & safety- violations mean instant disqualification
• Late completion = 1-point penalty per 30 seconds
