Terms and Conditions: A Golden Gesture

1. Eligibility: 

  • The participant must be a resident of India and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Evol Jewels, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Contest Period: 

  • Scratch cards will be distributed for eligible purchases made between 1st January 2026 and 7th January 2026.
  • All entries must be submitted via the official form by 11:59 PM on 7th January 2026. 

3. Entry Mechanism: 

  • To participate, a customer must have a minimum bill value of ₹1000 (inclusive of taxes) at participating Blue Tokai cafés.
  • Customers must scratch the card, reveal the unique code, and upload the required details (including photos of the invoice and scratch card) to the official form.
  • Only one entry is allowed per unique invoice and scratch card. Multiple entries using the same invoice number or scratch card will result in immediate disqualification. 

4. Winner Selection & Prizes: 

  • There will be a total of 13 winners selected via a random lucky draw.
  • At least one winner will be selected from each participating city.
  • The prize consists of one (1) gold coffee bean from Evol Jewels, with an approximate market value of ₹6,000.
  • The draw will take place on 13th January 2026, and winners will be announced on the official Blue Tokai Instagram handle. 

5. Verification & Disqualification: 

  • The verification and validation of entries, invoices, and scratch cards lie solely with Blue Tokai and/or Evol Jewels.
  • Blue Tokai and/or Evol Jewels reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or suspect of manipulation. If the uploaded invoice does not match the store records or appears tampered with, the entry will be void.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

6. General Terms: 

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
  • Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and Evol Jewels reserve the right to alter, modify, or withdraw the contest and these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers (Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and Evol Jewels) from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this draw.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
