Q. How can I place an order?

A.  You can place an order at any of our cafés only. There will be a QR code placed on every table at the café. Once you're seated, scan the QR code at your table with your phone and you will be directed to our online menu.  


Q. How can I track my order? 

A. You can choose to get updates about the status of your order on WhatsApp. If you're pre-ordering for later, you can drop by at the cafe to place an order and book a time slot that works for you.  


Q. How will I know when my order's ready?

A. When your order is ready, our barista will call out your name and your tray will be kept aside for you to pick up. 


Q. Is this applicable for all items on the menu? 

A. Yes, you can order anything from our Brews and Food menu. In addition to this, you can also buy equipment and freshly roasted beans through our app.


Q. What are the safety measures taken by the team? 

A. We have reduced touchpoints by eliminating menu cards on the tables and rearranged the cafe seating area to ensure social distancing of our staff and our customers. Our cafe is well equipped with sanitizers, and the cafe staff is ensuring stringent hygiene precautions to ensure maximum safety. You can read about our other safety measures here.
