The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions for 1 year from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice.
To initiate a warranty claim, you need to send the machine to our designated service facilities in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore at your expense. We will handle the shipping from the service center back to your location.
The warranty does not cover liability for plugs, cables, or fuses, and it does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential damage. Additionally, variations in milk frothing due to milk quality, temperature, and machine use are not covered by the warranty.
