Blue Tokai Circle

Update: We’re currently reworking our loyalty program, Blue Tokai Circle, to make it more meaningful. As part of this transition:

  • Onboarding for new members has been paused starting 19 January 2026
  • Point earning under the current loyalty program will stop from 1 March 2026
  • All earned BT Coins can be redeemed until 31 May 2026. Any unused coins will expire after this date.

While we work on what comes next, we wanted to say thank you in a small way. For existing Blue Tokai Circle members (who registered on our app before 19 January 2026), we’ll be adding member-only coupons to their app account on the 1st of each month across March, April, and May 2026. You can find more details about this here. All existing members can continue to access the program’s benefits in line with the timelines mentioned above.

Member Monthly Coupons (March - May 2026)

How to Redeem Your Coupons

Eligible coupons will be automatically credited to your account on the 1st of each month for March, April, and May 2026 only.

To redeem:

     • Open the Blue Tokai app
     • Add items to your cart
     • Proceed to checkout
     • Select the coupon from the “Discount Code” section
     • Apply and place your order

Coupons are redeemable only via the Blue Tokai mobile app. Redemption is not supported on the website or through any other channels.

Important Terms & Limitations

Please review the following carefully before using your coupon:

  • Coupons are issued only for March, April, and May 2026
  • Each coupon is valid only within the month it is issued
  • No carry forward of unused coupons to future months
  • One coupon redemption per account per day is permitted
  • Coupons are single-use, unless otherwise stated
  • Coupons cannot be stacked with other offers, discounts, or promotions
  • Coupons cannot be combined with loyalty points or other loyalty benefits
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  • Coupons are app-only and cannot be redeemed via website, cafés directly, or third-party platforms

Expired or unused coupons will lapse automatically and cannot be reissued.

Tier-wise Coupon Structure

(Monthly: March, April and May 2026)

Your eligibility and coupon benefits are determined based on your loyalty tier as locked at 12:00 AM on 1st March 2026 (immediately after earning of points is stopped). The tier for each account will remain fixed for the duration of this period.

Explorer, Insider & Patron Tiers

Café (Dine-in / Takeaway)

     • 2 × 15% off | Maximum discount: ₹125 | Minimum bill value: ₹400

Shop (Roastery / Delivery)

     • 1 × 15% off | Maximum discount: ₹150 | Minimum order value: ₹700

Ambassador, Epicure & Connoisseur Tiers

Café (Dine-in / Takeaway)

     • 4 × 20% off | Maximum discount: ₹175 | Minimum bill value: ₹400

Shop (Roastery / Delivery)

     • 2 × 20% off | Maximum discount: ₹200 | Minimum order value: ₹700

Eligible coupons will be credited to your app account on the 1st of each month and will be visible at checkout during their validity period.

Additional Terms

  • Monthly coupons are provided entirely at our discretion and do not constitute a contractual, recurring, or vested benefit.
  • Issuance or redemption of coupons in any month does not create an entitlement or expectation for future offers or benefits.
  • We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw coupons or their terms at any time, including before the stated end date.
  • Any misuse, abuse, or manipulation of coupons (including multiple account creation or circumvention of limits) may result in cancellation of coupons and restriction of future promotional eligibility.
  • Deleted accounts will not be eligible for coupon re-credit, even if re-registered using the same phone number.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding coupon eligibility, validity, or redemption, our decision shall be final and binding.

How to earn BT Coins? (valid only until 28 February 
2026)

As a member, you can earn BT coins until 28 February 2026 (inclusive) when you shop using your registered account, whether it’s on our official website, mobile app, or at any Blue Tokai café. Here’s how it works:

  • Coins are earned on the actual paid amount (not the total bill amount), rounded down to the nearest ₹100.
  • Your earn rate depends on your tier; higher tiers earn more coins.
  • Some promotional campaigns may offer bonus BT Coins.
  • You can earn a maximum of 500 BT Coins per order.
  • Earned BT Coins are valid for 12 months (plus the remaining days of the month they were earned in), or until 31 May 2026, whichever comes first.
    For example: Coins earned on 15 April 2025 will expire on 30 April 2026, while coins earned on 15 January 2026 will be redeemable only until 31 May 2026.
  • Orders with manual discounts (like bulk or staff-applied discounts) are not eligible for BT Coins.

Important Note: For café or website purchases, BT Coins will be credited only if you provide the same registered phone number and email ID at the time of the order. We’re unable to manually credit coins for purchases where this information is missing or different.

How tier progression works?

Your Blue Tokai Circle tier is based on the number of loyalty points (BT Coins) you earn over a rolling 6-month period.

  • Move up a tier: When your total coin earnings in the past 6 months cross the threshold for the next tier.
  • Move down to appropriate tier: If your total coin earnings in the past 6 months drop below your current tier’s requirement, you will be moved down to the appropriate tier that matches your earnings.

You can always see how many more coins you need to reach the next tier at the top of your account page in the app.

Important Note: The “points needed to upgrade” is calculated based on the coins you’ve earned in the last 6 months only, and this 6-month window keeps updating daily, so it is not a fixed number. That means your total can go up when you make new purchases, or down when older coins fall out of the 6-month window.

Example - Let’s say today is June 9, 2025. Your current tier is Patron, and you’ve earned:

     • 50 coins on Jan 1, 2025
     • 150 coins on Mar 4, 2025
     • 250 coins on May 8, 2025

As of June 9, 2025, your total earnings from the past 6 months are 450 BT Coins. To reach the next tier (Ambassador), you need 800 BT Coins, so you’ll need to earn 350 more coins.

Now, let’s say you don’t earn any new coins by July 2, 2025. At that point, your January coins (50) will fall out of the rolling 6-month window. This means your total will drop to 400 BT Coins, and you’ll then need 400 more coins to reach the Ambassador tier.

How to redeem BT Coins? (valid until 31 May 2026)

BT Coins can be redeemed only through the Blue Tokai mobile app. You can use your coins to get up to 50% off your bill (before taxes).
