Experience the debut of the Ratnagiri Producer Series coffee - a highly anticipated lot that showcases the craft and innovation of one of India’s most renowned estates.

This event marks the debut of the Ratnagiri Producer Series 3 coffee, a stunning lot from Ashok Patre’s Ratnagiri Estate in Chikmagalur, Karnataka.

Varietal: Catuai
Altitude: 1300–1350m
Process: 72-hour Culture Process Natural (fermented in bio-fermenters with selected yeast & lactic acid bacteria, then slow-dried over 29 days).
Roaster’s Note: A complex and expressive light roast, bringing forward delicate notes of jasmine, custard apple, forest honey, and earl grey tea.

This lot represents a bold evolution in Indian coffee processing - combining modern scientific fermentations with Ratnagiri’s tradition of excellence to produce a cup that is vibrant, layered, and unforgettable.
