Orange Zest Cappuccino

One wonders what could be better than Cappuccino, from the land of Affogato and Pizza? We have an answer, and it is a vitamin-C enriched surprise. The golden-sweet qualities of honey coupled with the aroma of cinnamon make this a unique and memorable combination for good times.

Ingredients
  • 40 ml freshly brewed espresso
  • 180ml frothed milk
  • Orange zest
  • 15 ml honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1.  Brew an espresso
  2.  Add in the orange zest and honey until it is dissolved
  3.  Pour the frothed milk over the espresso
  4.  Sprinkle with a twist of cinnamon and garnish with a twist of orange peel. Serve hot.
