Holiday Spiced Mocha

As the holiday cheer fills the air, there’s nothing like a warm, spiced cup to make the season feel complete.

This recipe, with its perfect balance of bold espresso and fragrant cinnamon, captures the essence of the season in every sip. It’s perfect to wrap you in a comforting hug as the cold air sets in and adds a little excitement to seasonal celebrations.

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 180ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 15gm cocoa powder
  • 10 gm sugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Brew an espresso shot.
  2. In a saucepan, warm milk over medium heat.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the prepared coffee into a mug and top it with the milk mixture.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
