Recipe:

1 Place your filter in the brewer and rinse it with hot water over your cup. Discard the rinse water and place the brewer back on the cup.
2 Add 15 g of coffee into the filter.
3 Pour 50 ml of water (about 3× the coffee weight) over the grounds and keep the switch up for 30 seconds.
4 Release the switch and pour 120 ml of water slowly over the coffee, taking about 30 seconds. Wait until all the water has drained through.
5 Lower the water temperature to 75 °C and add 70 ml of water, keeping the switch up for 30 seconds.
6 Release the switch and close it when you reach a total extraction of 200 ml.
7 Swirl the coffee gently, pour, and enjoy!
