           Recipe:
               
            
         1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add your ground coffee into the filter.
4 Pour 140 ml of water over the grinds with the switch closed so water doesn’t drain. At 0:30, gently break the crust.
5 At 0:55, open the switch to drain the water. Once fully drained (around 1:15), close the switch again and add another 140 ml of water. At 1:55, open the switch to drain again. When the water has receded from the surface, pour gently more water until you reach a total of 405 ml.
6 At 3:55, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
