Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 15g of coffee to the filter.
4 Pour 80ml of hot water close to the coffee bed in slow, circular motions, starting from the centre and moving outward. Swirl to level.
5 At 0:45, pour the next 80ml from a higher distance in a steady, laminar stream, starting at the centre and moving outward for high agitation. At 1:30, pour the final 80ml quickly into the centre and swirl to level the bed.
6 At around 3:30, once the water has fully drained through, remove the filter cone and enjoy your brew.
