Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 16g coffee into your filter.
4 Pour 60 ml of hot water over the grinds and bloom for 35 seconds.
5 Pour 60 ml in concentric circles for the second pour. Finish with a centre pour until you reach the 250g mark.
6 At 2:00 to 2:10 minutes, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
