Recipe:

1 Add 20g ground coffee in the upper chamber of the filter. Place it over the lower chamber where the coffee decoction is to be collected.

2 Use the plunger to level the coffee grinds and leave it on top.

3 Pour 200 ml hot water in the top chamber while ensuring the plunger stays in place.

4 Place the lid and let it drip through over 7 to 9 minutes.

5 Pour coffee into a cup and add 50 ml of water.

Brewer's Notes

Initially, I tried a 1:16 ratio which was fine but felt a little watered down and 1:10 felt a little too intense. So, I added 50ml water later to tone it down a bit to 1:13 ratio. I used 100ml RO water and 100 ml of Himalayan natural water for brewing.
