Medium fine. 16 clicks on Comandante C40 or 12 clicks on C2
Recipe:
1 Add 16 g coffee into the filter.
2 Pour 40 g of hot water in a circular motion, then gently wiggle the brewer for even saturation.
3 At 0:40, pour 50 g of water in a circular motion.
4 At 1:10, pour another 50 g of water in a circular motion.
5 At 1:40, pour 50 g of water in a circular motion. At 2:20, pour the final 50 g of water in the centre, extremely slowly.
6 At around 3:15 minutes, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
