Recipe:

1 Fill the lower chamber of the Moka Pot with pre-heated water till just below the safety valve.
2 Place the filter basket onto your lower chamber and fill entirely with coffee, without packing it down. You can use your finger to spread it out.
3 Add warm water to the bottom chamber, filling it just below the valve. Close the bottom chamber tightly but avoid over-tightening.
4 Brew on a low flame and let the coffee extract gently. Turn off the gas when you notice sputtering or changes in flow.


Brewer’s Notes:
Once the bed is level, I place two AeroPress filters, one above and one below, to enhance the clarity of my brew.
Fill the bottom chamber with warm water just below the valve and close it firmly, but not too tightly.
