Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup. Ensure the switch is in the open position.
3 Add 15 g of coffee into your filter.
4 Do 3 equal pours of hot water from a height of about 2 fingers above the leveled bed. Start with the first pour in a circular motion. Swirl gently after the pour. Let the coffee bloom for 50 seconds.
5 Do the second pour at 0:50, also in a circular motion, followed by a gentle swirl.
6 Do the third pour at 1:30, again circular, followed by a gentle wiggle to level the bed.
7 At 2:25–2:30, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.


Brewer’s Notes
Do a longer second pour for increased sweetness.
