           Recipe:
               
            
         1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 15 g coffee into the filter.
4 Pour 50 ml of hot water with the switch closed. At 0:40, release the switch and pour 75 ml of water.
5 Add another 75 ml of water in the third step. Close the switch and pour slightly cooler water (around 75–80 °C). Give the dripper a gentle shake. Hold the switch for 15 seconds, then release.
6 At 3:00 minutes, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
