The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for all corporate staff requirements.
Sourcing the resumes through different job portals like, Monster, Naukri, Linkedin etc. Initial phone screening of candidates to check the skills.
Job posting and mass mailing the candidates through various job portals and keeping track of all the applicants with the help of various excel dashboards.
Coordinate with external vendors for all agent level hiring in conjunction with managing the recruitment team as and when required.
Will be responsible for Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners, leading Salary negotiations, making offer letters to all selected candidates and managing the onboarding process for the new hires.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and strong commitment to the profession.
Maintain MIS for the entire recruitment process.
Must have bachelor’s degree in Management.
Must have 1- 3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment. (Candidates with experience in F&B industry will be preferred).
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must know how to source/ map and screen potential candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Must be hands on with Ms-Excel.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
