Key Account Manager - Ecommerce Sales

Location: Delhi, India 

Job Purpose:

We are looking forward for a result driven Ecom & amp; marketplace KAM to manage and grow our online business (Marketplaces) in India.
As a KAM person he/she will be responsible for executing sales strategies, manage catalogue, sales forecasting, maintaining inventories, working on amazon, flipkart and similar channel ads and optimizing the same.
This role will provide the candidate with an exciting opportunity to work for a
leading specialty coffee brand and be a part of the great org culture.

Job Responsibilities:

-Set-up and Manage day to day operations of ecom and marketplace
channels
-Ensuring catalogue is up to date with right products availability
-Ensuring timely inventory updates and sales forecasting by working closely
with SCM and production team
-Executing an ecom sales strategy to acquire and retain customers using non
discount methods
-Maintaining price parity across all active channels
-Maintaining active channels account health and ensuring on time fulfilment
of orders
-Work with marketing team in raising catalogue requirements whenever
required
-Sales reporting by analysing fulfilment and BR report
-Ensuring monthly & quarterly targets are met
-Managing search ad campaigns on amazon, flipkart & more and how ROAS,
Clicks and other metrics can be improved
-Reduce returns and RTO % and track other delivery metrics

Candidate Specification

Desired Qualification: Must be a Graduate (Post Graduation will be an added advantage)


Desired Experience: Must have 2 + years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace account management or any other D2C/FMCG brand

Desired Key Skills: Ecom and marketplace account management knowledge, Cataloguing, Amazon and Flipkart ads in-depth knowledge, Sales, Proficient in MS Excel.
