HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) - Café Operations

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced People + Culture driven HRBP who will be able to lead our cafe operations end-to-end and this role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the growth plans over the coming years. The candidate will be responsible for the entire gamut of the HR function for the Cafe’s and provide strategic growth, excellence & personal development. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR for Cafe Operations spread across 9 cities and 600+ on-roll workforce. 
  • Responsible for partnering with business in its rapid expansion phase and ensuring 
  • Manage Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliances, Career Path and Succession Planning
  • Creating a strong culture & DEI in line with the organizational values. Identifying key initiatives to help build and sustain BTC culture  and lead implementation of the plan as required. 
  • Cafe Resource Planning & Hiring (manpower planning for all cafes across locations) in liaison with the central Recruitment Manager. Ensure on-time hiring for new cafes as per business priorities and defined SLAs
  • Manage performance - Ensure high level of performance efficiency in all units and manage Probation process, Mid year reviews and Annual reviews.
  • Talent Management - Manage Transfers, Movements, Promotions. Design and manage career path for cafe employees
  • Coordinate with Cafe excellence and L&D to ensure all T&D requirements are met for the dept incl New hire training 
  • Relevant reports and data as required by central HR resources (eg. attrition, manpower planning, HC, Attrition, HC, Payroll inputs incl overtime and attendance)
  • Manage all cases reported as per legal requirements for all depts across BTC for POSH and value committee. Ensure minimum number of cases across all units.

Skills and Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources and 5+years of previous experience (F&B/QSR/Hospitality preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HRBP/ Senior HR Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR Policies, Practices, and Legal Regulations.
  • An ability to manage a large volume of varied requests and deliver with accuracy and speed.
  • Proficient in Data analytics and creating HR Dashboards. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities and teamwork.
