Date & Cocoa Smoothie
What you’ll need:
- 100 ml iced Vienna Roast Easy Pour (refer to detailed drip coffee recipe in the end)
- 50 ml milk (dairy alternatives also work)
- 50 g ice
- 5-6 dates (24g)
- ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more milk if the mix is too thick, and enjoy!
Spiced Cold Fashioned (Alcoholic)
What you’ll need:
- 1 part whiskey
- 4 parts Vienna Roast Easy Pour
- 3/4 part cinnamon syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 30-40g ice
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and keep aside.
- Put in the blend, add the citrus peel on top or side of the glass, and drink up!
(Pro tip: Flame the citrus peel to release oils and rub it on the rim of your glass!)
To make a non-alcoholic version, leave out the whiskey and enjoy the drink as it is!
Classic Iced Drip Coffee done quickly
Keep these things ready:
- A tall glass (tall enough so the bag does not touch the ice)
- 70-80 gm ice
Steps:
- Add ice into the glass, secure the Easy Pour drip bag over the glass with ice, using sachet anchors.
- Start timer, and pour 60ml of hot water (94-95 degree celsius), let it drain through.
- At 1 minute, pour another round of 60ml hot water.
- Once the brew has drained fully, or at 2 minutes, remove the Easy Pour sachet from the glass, and enjoy!
