BT Recipes: Cold Brew Bag Of Tricks

With the summer heat rolling in, here are some of our favourite Cold Brew recipes that you can easily recreate in your kitchen using our Cold Brew Bags. Read on to spruce up your coffee breaks!

Cold Brew Spritzer

Cold Brew Spritzer 

The perfect cool-down drink; made by topping your favourite cold brew with sparkling tonic water, garnished with some citrusy zest. 

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Cold Brew
- ½ cup tonic water

BT recommends:

1. Try our Cold Brew Blend Light for a fizzy, citrusy drink. Its naturally occurring fruity flavours pair really well with orange zest, lemon wedge or anything tangy that you may choose to garnish this spritzer with. 

2. Spike it with your go-to gin if you’re feeling the weekend!

 

Cold Brew Mocha

Cold Brew Mocha

Milk and chocolate loving friends, this one’s for you! 

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Cold Brew
- ⅓ cup Milk 
- Chocolate syrup to suit your palate

BT recommends: 

1. Our Cold Brew Blend Bold and Cold Brew Kalledevarapura work well for this recipe. You can choose between the two depending on how strong you like your cold brew—if you like your cold brew slightly light and fruity or full of bold chocolate notes.

2. Add ¼ of a cup of ice and blitz all ingredients together for a creamy treat! If you want to step it up, you can add a dollop of fresh whipped cream on top. Add some chocolate sauce down the side of your glass before pouring to really impress your friends. 

 

Cold Brew Orange Zing

Cold Brew With Orange Zing

For a sweet and tangy treat, this is the perfect respite from the heat. Add some orange juice, an orange slice, and some ice to your cold brew and there you have it! You can experiment with the cold brew to orange juice ratio to best suit your taste. 

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cold Brew
- 3 tablespoons orange juice but add more based on your preference
- Sliced orange to garnish
- Lots of ice

2. For a sweeter brew, use homemade orange juice. 

 

Cold Brew Vietnamese

Vietnamese Cold Brew

A sweet treat for those who like to savour their cold brew with milk. Our go-to instant pick me up drink is easy to make. Simply blend in condensed milk with cold brew, and add ice! Feel free to tweak the proportions based on how sweet you like it.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cold Brew
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk

Cold Brew Honey Cinammon

Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew 

Looking for a warming nightcap to end the day with? Drizzle a little honey and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon to your cold brew, and voila - you have a hug in a mug.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cold Brew
- Honey
- Cinnamon (ground)
- Cinnamon stick (for garnishing)

BT recommends:

1. If you like chocolatey notes in your cold brew, we recommend our Cold Brew Blend Bold and Cold Brew Kalledevarapura. For a fruitier drink, choose our Cold Brew Blend Light. 

2. If you choose to garnish with a cinnamon stick, you can take it out when you feel like its flavour has infused into your cold brew.
