We knew coffee and chocolate go well together, but we didn’t know we’d have such a great time working with The Whole Truth in creating this incredible chocolate bar.
After spending some time with the process, we were able to achieve a balance between the Indian origin beans of coffee and cocoa, which were both full of complex flavour notes. The task was to first find the right pairing. And then to combine them in a way that respects, and accentuates, the flavours of both.
The result? A beautiful, wholesome pairing of our medium roast coffee with flavours of figs, nuts and dark chocolate, with The Whole Truth’s single-origin Kerala beans with earthy, spicy notes.
