How Does It Work?
- 1 BTC Coin = ₹1 eg. You will be able to use 50 coins to deduct ₹50 from your bill.
- Earn as you spend, as per your loyalty tier. Your unused points will expire at the end of the 12th month.
- You can use your points to deduct bill amounts, unlock special offers and experiences, and move up loyalty tiers.
- You can collect points by shopping through the website and the app. However, redemption of BT Coins is available through the app only.

This depends on the delivery location within India. Roastery orders are delivered in 2-5 working days, provided there are no delays caused by unexpected circumstances (such as natural disasters).

For all dine-in, delivery and pick-up orders, we accept the following payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and through the Blue Tokai wallet.

Yes, absolutely! When you refer a friend/family member, you (the referrer) will receive a unique referral code to share with them. Once the referee downloads the app and signs up, they get a discount coupon of ₹100 which can be used one time. When the referee places their first order, the referrer) will receive 100 loyalty points (for every referral).
