To The Origin

If you can imagine an immersive masterclass by coffee professionals, amidst the farm where your favourite beverage is grown, then this is it. Guided by our roasters and the 5th generation of producers from Gowri Estate, witness all it takes for coffee to take the form you know and love. You will learn how to pick cherries, see processing methods, distinguish between varietals and everything else related to coffee from the time it is planted to when it reaches you at home. The perfect blend of coffee and community, this experience is highly recommended for people seeking adventure and learning about India’s heritage, regardless of whether you are a coffee novice or connoisseur. Perfect for individuals as well as groups.  

Itinerary  

Note: The tour will commence at 7:30 AM on December 15th at Blue Tokai in Koramangala and will conclude at the same location at 8:00 PM on December 17th. 

Day 1  
Meet at Blue Tokai, Koramangala for breakfast; embark for The Last Shola at MSP Gauri Estate, with a 30-minute lunch break; arrive at the farm, check-in, and meet the producers; have lunch at the farm; after a guided tour delving into India’s rich coffee history, enjoy your evening sunset brew at Heaven’s Ledge; Dinner 
 
Day 2 
Breakfast at The Last Shola; tour the farm; lunch; experience the post-harvest journey of coffee; dinner followed by campfire 

Day 3 
Breakfast with your morning brew; treat your palate to diverse flavours in a cupping session at Mognad Estate; lunch; return to Bengaluru; dinner at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Koramangala
