Fermentation in an oxygen-free environment brought out the bean’s sweet-tart spirit.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRoasted to a light profile, it has a floral, wine-like aroma that leads into notes of plum, wine, and red cherry. Silky and juicy on the palate, the cup has a pleasant sweetness and lively acidity.
