The third coffee in our latest Producer Series is an experimental lot from MSP Orchardale. Situated at 1500 MASL, it is one of the highest coffee plantations in the Shevaroy Hills. Coffee has been a part of the family for generations and with their experience in traditional and experimental methods, they have consistently produced lots that our roasters have loved working on. For this particular coffee, Navin Rajes, the producer said, “We included smaller nuances such as varied stop/start methods during fermentation and especially during the drying process to achieve the fruity profiles we were seeking to create. We were looking at getting coffee that are intense, deep, yet those that maintain a beautiful balance between the freshness and intensity of the dark fruit notes”.
Tasting Notes: Apricot, Green Grape, Coffee Blossom, Mix Berry Jam
