The sweet and fruity autumnal notes of plum, red apple and maple syrup make our latest seasonal coffee from Hoysala Estate perfect for fall. Located in Angadi village, the farm, interestingly, is located in the same place that the ancient Hoysala dynasty was founded. Hoysala Estate was established in the 1800s and the family that currently runs it has seen 4 generations manage the farm. The varietal used for our first coffee from Hoysala Estate is of a naturally processed Sarchimore varietal. We highly recommend this as an espresso based drink!
