Himalayan Parsley Culinary Herb
Jugmug Thela's Himalayan Parsley is grown at an altitude of 6000ft in Kumaon Himalayas, handpicked and shade dried to preserve flavour. An aromatic herb, parsley can be used in pasta, rice dishes as well as soups.
For pastes and rubs, you can soak the parsley in warm water for 3-5 minutes before using.
