We're thrilled to introduce our inaugural coffee from our newest partner, Gundikhan Estate. Situated at an altitude of 1400 MASL, and nestled near the Bhadra Tiger Reserve, the estate serves as a crucial wildlife corridor, and is committed to sustainable cultivation practices.
Processed using the natural method, this lot makes for a cup bursting with the innate characteristics of the green coffee of this lot.

The inviting aroma, reminiscent of brown sugar, kicks off your experience. With your first sip, you'll savour the sweetness of honey and dried apricot, and the citrusy zing of pomelo. Low bitterness and medium acidity pair nicely with a medium body, unfolding into a chocolatey and juicy mouthfeel. The zesty aftertaste lingers, building anticipation for the next sip.

Embark on a versatile coffee adventure with this medium roast—perfect to be brewed as an espresso, or using a French press, Moka Pot, Pour Over, or AeroPress. It promises a flavourful coffee journey, perfect for both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Tasting Notes: Honey, Dried Apricot, Pomelo
