This session covers everything from learning an easily repeatable milk steaming technique to a basic explanation of the coffee menu and how to put together different milk based drinks. 

We’ll discuss what milk is made of and why it’s important to have temperature and milk texturing goals. In a country that loves its beverages ‘piping hot’, we’ll also cover the optimum temperatures for milk that bring out the best flavour in your coffee as well as the basics of latte art.
