Training Content Creator

Delhi/ Bangalore

Position Responsibilities

  • Design and develop course content, including but not limited to ILT modules, video scripts, elearning modules, collaterals, refresher course and training evaluations 
  • Author in-depth training material after shadowing each of our teams from Front of House to Back of House to understand their SOPs
  • Collaborate with operation team members, current trainers and FoH and BoH staff to create to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement
  • Be able to rapidly design, develop and publish engaging refreshers and classroom training as needed with continuous improvement of the course content.
  • Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face observations and meetings to eLearning and virtual).
  • Upload, test and maintain content to an LMS.
  • Potentially coach and mentor less experienced staff
  • Identify and measure key metrics to track training effectiveness, business impact and ROI of training programs.
  • Create engaging training evaluation exercises to evaluate training effectiveness and successful knowledge transfer
  • Engage in supporting process improvement 

Core Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, training and development, etc.
  • Atleast 5 years of experience creating content in different formats
  • You do not need any experience in the F and B industry, but definitely need the motivation to shadow all of our teams for two weeks to create their SOPs. 
  • Proven work experience with career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering training solutions 
  • Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, and video.
  • A work sample demonstrating your experience and skill will be required as part of the hiring process.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Experience in detailed training reporting – tracking, measuring and reporting on training metrics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to proofread own work.
