• Improving the growth funnel, by taking various factors under consideration and act upon it
• Coordinating with Internal and External stakeholder and take steps to improve operational metrics
• Bringing synergy and clarity in the team about their RnR and making it as much objective as possible
• Coordinating with partners, such as Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo etc, to ensure all our requirements are fulfilled
• Working on Dashboards and MIS reports to improve data visibility to management
• Coordinating with kitchen and cafe team to make sure 100% serviceability is achieved
• Take initiatives to improve top line, and keep track of the results achieved through those initiatives
• Identifying and removing the NVA in the processes and streamlining it through modifying SOP & behavioural audit
• Coordinating with POS team to resolve issues on time
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Bachelors in Engineering or an MBA from a reputed institute
• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework.
• Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables.
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
