Job Description:

We are looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join our B2B sales team for Mumbai & West
regions. The individual will be responsible for growing our coffee partner network  in the west
markets. Since we’re the largest speciality coffee company in the country, this a unique
opportunity to play a key role in shaping coffee culture in India.
Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales for B2B business growth in hotels, restaurants and cafés
  • Relationship management with new customers
  • Maintaining and servicing existing customer relationships on an on-going basis
  • Work with account support team to ensure a seamless customer experience on installation, training, and quality control
  • Up-selling, cross-selling with existing customers


2+ years experience of sales experience in the premium food and beverage or luxury industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly connect and build new
Will be required to undergo a Barista training program for product and basic technical knowledge
Compensation: The salary will be competitive with coffee industry standards
