We are looking for results-driven sales executive to grow our cafe business in India. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end development and management of creative, non-discount-based methods of increasing customer engagement and online/offline sales across our network of 20+ cafes in PAN India.
● Develop and execute creative ideas to increase footfall and visits to our cafes online and offline.
● Design and manage the implementation of multi-channel (print, in-store, digital) sales campaigns.
● Analyze store performance data, create reports and present results to senior management.
● Manage relationships with delivery channel partners (Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Dunzo, Scootsy etc) to increase sales and delivery orders.
● Work with cafe management to audit sales performance and collaboratively develop store-specific solutions.
● Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
● Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
● Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
● 2+ years experience in a similar role
● Excellent communication and project management skills
● Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills
● Computer proficiency must
