Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the project head in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Assist in communicating project goals, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors
• Identify potential project risks and help develop strategies to mitigate those risks
• Support the project head in managing the project team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and support
• Help ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, including reviewing work products and providing feedback to team members as needed
• Assist in providing regular progress reports to all stakeholders, including status updates, risks, and issues
• Help evaluate the project's performance and identify areas for improvement, including process improvements and team development
• Collaborate with the project head and other team members to achieve project goals

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Pref F&B industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with the project manager and other team members
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
