Procurement Manager


Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for understanding and coordinating local demands and delivering end-to-end procurement services from creating RFQ/RFIs through negotiating with suppliers through to handling all related billing and payment activities in accordance with relevant compliance frameworks and procurement policies.

  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods/ services and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensure effective documentation (vendor onboarding, selection, contracting , orders, etc.) so as to facilitate efficient retrieval
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Experience: 2+years of relevant work experience in procurement/purchase functions
  • Proficient in English(both Verbal and Writing)
  • Leadership skills to influence stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Ms Excel.
  • Financial analysis skills
  •  BTech./BCom./Any Graduate
