Account Executive - Sales

Delhi / Mumbai , INDIA

Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive - Sales in Mumbai and Delhi. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with the institutional accounts
  • Liaison between the institutional accounts and the Account manager
  • Managing inventory ordered and ensuring delivery product as per agreed terms 
  • Service assigned wholesale customers by assisting them with installation, on-site training and troubleshooting
  • Perform QC for assigned institutional accounts, record and submit a report to the Account manager
  • Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information, as required
  • Will be required to undergo a Barista training program to equip her/him-self with the product and basic technical knowledge
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret customer issues correctly and communicate the solution clearly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and co-ordinate with external service providers.
  • Familiar with MS Office / Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and quickly learn new knowledge and skills 
  • Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritisation of tasks as assigned.

Graduate / MBA (fresher or with  relevant experience in sales and marketing)
