Head - Projects

Job Location - Mumbai, India

Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our new store projects. The project head will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. 

Job Description:

  1. Planning: The project head must develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed.

  2. Communication: The project head must communicate with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding project goals, timelines, and expectations.

  3. Risk Management: The project head must identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

  4. Team Management: The project head must manage the project team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and support.

  5. Quality Control: The project head must ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, including reviewing work products and providing feedback to team members as needed.

  6. Reporting: The project head must provide regular progress reports to all stakeholders, including status updates, risks, and issues.

  7. Continuous Improvement: The project head must continuously evaluate the project's performance and identify areas for improvement, including process improvements and team development.

Candidate Specification:

  1. Education and Experience: Typically, an Engineering degree/ Degree in project management.  Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management preferably in F&B industry.

  2. Project Management Skills: The candidate should have strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

  3. Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients.

  4. Leadership Skills: The candidate should have strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team, manage conflicts, and make effective decisions.

  5. Technical Skills: The candidate should have strong technical skills and knowledge of project management tools, software, and methodologies.

  6. Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.

  7. Organizational Skills: The candidate should have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  8. Flexibility: The candidate should be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.

  9. Team Player: The candidate should be a team player and able to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
