Facility Manager


Our Facility manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the physical infrastructure and assets of Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters are properly maintained, safe, and efficient.


  • Manage and maintain the physical infrastructure and assets of the BTC
  • Develop and implement maintenance and repair programs for all facilities and equipment at the café across the region.
  • Coordinate and oversee facility renovation and construction projects, including managing budgets and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security services
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on facility management activities
  • Develop and manage facility management budgets and financial plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of facility management staff and contractors, including hiring, training, and performance management


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in facility management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards
  • Experience in managing facility construction and renovation projects
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools
