E-Commerce Specialist

Delhi/Mumbai, INDIA

Job Description

We are looking for a result driven e-commerce specialist to grow and manage our e-commerce business in India over aggregator’s website. As a e-commerce person, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the online sales strategies, sales forecasting, margin management, maintaining stock levels and timely listing of new launches and ensuring right SKUs are available over right marketplaces and at the right time. This role will provide the candidate with an exciting opportunity to work for a leading speciality coffee brand.

Specific responsibilities will include
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations and all activities of the e-commerce channels/marketplaces (Amazon, FK, Bigbasket, Instamart, Blinkit and more).
  • Ensuring catalogue is up to date with right products available at right place and at the right time.
  • Maximizing revenue and ensuring monthly/quarterly and yearly targets/objectives are met.
  • Building strong working relationship with cross-functional teams across the org to achieve business goals.
  • Implementing and executing an e-commerce sales strategy to improve sales performance.
  • Implementing and executing strategy to improve new customer acquisition using non discount methods.
  • Maintaining price parity across channels and active marketplaces.
  • Work closely with SCM and production team to ensure healthy inventory and stock level across all channels.
  • Work with accounts and production team for the smooth processing of all the POs from marketplaces.
  • Work with marketing team to develop and update content for product listings and sharing other requirements.
  • Sales reporting: Analyse and present BR reports and other marketplace data to senior management
Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Account management and FMCG background will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Bigbasket and other marketplaces.
  • Sound knowledge of e-commerce practices & strategies is a must.
  • Knowledge of conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills.
