Barista Trainer


Job Description 

We are looking for a barista trainer to conduct trainings, audits, demonstrations, and tasting sessions for our B2B clients.


  • Collaborate with Training Managers and sales team to identify B2B training needs.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions for B2B clients with coordination with the sales and training team.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum and gauge areas that need to be changed in the training program based on feedback.
  • Train, guide and support B2B clients.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials.
  • Keep attendance and other records. Track and compile collected data.
  • Conduct regular audits for B2B clients.
  • Perform duties of a Barista for B2B events whenever required.
  • Conduct tasting sessions for B2B clients
  • Accompany sales team for B2B/sales meeting.
  • Conduct B2B events, tasting sessions

  • Ability to multitask during busy events. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and special events as needed.
